Her hair is jet black, long, and straight, and pulled back revealing tiny feather-shaped earrings. She wears a proper business suit, with extremely high quality materials, but also cut in such a way that she can move if she needs to. She also radiates an air of interest, like she's focused entirely on you if she talks to you, but still misses nothing that's happening around her.

Jill Sparrow is the Founder-CEO of Evolvix Labs, and under her direction she's grown the company wide instead of deep, getting involved in a lot of different projects rather than becoming specialists like the other tech companies in the area. She also known as a philanthropist, famously putting a substantial fraction of her pay into building infrastructure for the local reservations, and generally into the city of Seattle. She is also rare among the tech CEO set in that she can be seen just walking around Seattle and interacting with people, which creates a lot of good will towards her and Evolvix, through her down-to-earth mannerisms.
