Description

An older white man, Hubert dresses like a strange steampunk cosplayer, with Victorian style clothing. Fortunately, this doesn't stick out so badly in Seattle, not even Downtown where he's usually seen. His hair has long lost its color, and receded from his forehead, though he has a full beard and moustache. He carries himself with an unflappable dignity that even the most irreverent notice and respond to.
